4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a service agreement, all software, designs, and content created by Upstal are the intellectual property of Upstal Studio.
5. Limitation of Liability
Upstal Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access to our services for any user who violates these terms or engages in unlawful behavior.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka.
